Did you know that every Thursday, from 4 to 8 pm, La Fab hosts the Old Chelsea Market in its courtyard until October 11th?
Meet some of the vendors who offer you fresh products from their farm, dishes to savour on site and artisanal creations.
Frest fruit, vegetables and eggs
Doug Plowden et Sally Lee Sheeks own at l'Ange-Gardien a small-scale organic farm, which provides fresh vegetables, herbs and seedlings certified organic as well as cut flower bouquets. The smile on their customers' face attest to their satisfaction.
The Potager offers a selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables picked with care. How to resist the freshness of their baskets of blueberries, rasperries and other seasonal berries.
Roots and Shoots Farm
Robin Turner and Jessica Weatherheadm, owners of this small organic farm located in Ste-Cécile de Masham, encourage their customers to explore the wonders of the seasonal products.
Cornelie Dinkel and Marc-Andre Dorval invite you to buy their super fresh eggs from the farm where they raise chickens, ostriches, quails and ducks.
